The Mini Cooper Innocenti is the version with sportier and more brilliant characteristics of the Mini MK2, from which it differs in some mechanical and aesthetic modifications. Towards the end of the sixties, in our country, the Mini Cooper boasted a large clientele, united by a single common denominator: a sporty temperament and a passion for cars with compact dimensions but with character. The Cooper MK2 is easily recognizable thanks to a series of details, such as the front characterized by a large grille, with particularly pronounced shapes. The side, on the other hand, highlights a roof with a different color from that of the rest of the car body, flanked by rims with a sporty design. At the rear, the differences compared to the normal version are minimal: they are limited to the Mini Cooper MK2 lettering and the rear lights equipped with a reversing light.
The example we are proposing is an Innocenti MINI Cooper Mk2 (Type B 39/2) produced in 1969 with the original "MI" license plate. The car has undergone a total restoration, its original documents of the time is present as well as the original maintenance and use booklets. It is also equipped with FIA Fiche (Historic Car Regularity Fiche) and is A.S.I. certified. .
